If you elect for the basic Tier Sounded.com price plan, you hereby acknowledge and agree you grant and give to us an irrevocable and exclusive right to sell and distribute your Audiobook in digital format via our Book Store for a minimum period of thirty-six (36) months from the date the Audiobook is first made available on our Book Store.

You grant to us, throughout the term of our agreement with you, an irrevocable exclusive right to licence and make derivative works from any Books you upload to the Author Portal, including a right to make audiobooks and to distribute audobooks directly through our Book Store and through third party distributors.This right includes the right to (a) reproduce, reformat, convert and encode the Audiobook; (b) offer for sale, display, market, distribute, licence or otherwise make available for sale the Audiobook from our Book Store for End Users to download, stream or listen to; (c) permit End Users to download or stream the Audiobook; (d) display artwork, trade marks, or logos associated with the Audiobook which were uploaded by you as covers for the Audiobook; (e) use, reproduce, adapt, modify and distribute in our sole discretion the Audiobook, including any product description, information or images you provide specific for the Audiobook; (f) transmit, reproduce or otherwise use the Audiobook in any manner we consider appropriate in accordance with our services. Unless you confirm to us otherwise through your Author Account, you irrevocably grant to us the exclusive rights set out above throughout the whole of the Territory on a world-wide basis. In the event you confirm to us in your Author Account you do not have the necessary distribution rights for your Audiobook in a particular country or territory, then you irrevocably grant to us the exclusive rights in all other remaining countries or territories in which you hold the rights.

For audiobooks listed on our Book Store, we reseve the right to include opening and closing credits, including to attribute Sounded.com as the operator of the Book Store and that our service has been used for generation of the audiobook.
We have full discretion with respect to the terms and features relating to marketing of the Audiobook, including using any Audiobook within any marketing related material for our Book Store

To promote your audiobook, we may use the name and likeness of you, the Author and/or any relevant publisher details, for the purpose of promoting sales of the Audiobook, together with using the metadata and any descriptions for the Audiobook as we choose.
Yes. If you would like to request your book is included in certain real estate on our Book Store, please see within your author account.
Yes. From time to time we make take audiobooks off our Book Store. We do this in accordance with the terms of our Publishing Agreement.
We are under no obligation to list any audiobook on our Book Store. If we have not listed the audiobook within twelve months of a request to list an audiobook, all rights licenesed to us by you as author or publisher, shall automatically revert to you.
