When you submit a book to us for generating an audiobook, by agreeing to the terms of our Publishing Agreement, you warrant the book submitted complies with our Content Policy and does not (i) contain harmful, offensive, blasphemous, racist, obscene, derogatory or libellous material and the material is not threatening, deceptive or deceitful in nature or is defamatory of any individual, individuals or entity; (ii) contain content which may amount to degradement, harassment or intimidation of an individual or group of individuals (without limitation) on the basis of religion, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, race, skin colour, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, age, marital or partnership status, military status or disability; (iii) contain content which constitutes or encourages criminal conduct or gives rise to a breach of any applicable laws, rules or regulations in any jurisdiction; or condones harmful, illegal or unlawful behaviour or suggests anything harmful (including virus or similar), is not illegal, unlawful or does not infringe the rights of any person; and (iv) content which is intended to advertise or solicit the sale of any goods or services.
Yes. You are solely and fully liable for (i) any material contained in your book and (ii) any edits or corrections you make to your book. You acknowledge we are under no obligation to screen or monitor the book you submit to us.
Yes. As the author of your book, or the publisher who holds the rights for the book, you retain all rights to the book and versions of it you create during any author correction process in your Author Account.
